hey there?? any electronic ppl plz look at this and solve the problem.?
I'm building a simple FM transmitter. circuit is here... http://www.electronics-lab.com/projects/rf/030/index.html
the problem is i couldnt find one of the capacitor 100nF in any of my neghboring shops... is there any other choice like can i use other capacitors like 0.01uF o somethin????
another question.... I dint get the trimming capacitor 0-45pF but i got 0-22pF two. can i mount them iin parallel in place of that single 45pf trimming capacitor....

0.1 uF is 100 nF. This is a very common value. Mylar types are the most stable if this is in a tuned circuit, otherwise ceramic are smaller, if it's just a bypass.
You could just use a fixed capacitor in parallel with the trimmer, if it does not tune on its own. Try it alone first. If it runs out of range, add a 22pF cap. across it. That will extend its range from the 22pF it has, to 22- 44 pF. Then it is bound to tune.
If the 22pF does tune alone, or with a cap. across it, it will be an easier (wider range) adjustment than a 45pF trimmer alone.
I didn't look at the circuit.
