Is there any adapter for tv cell phones that can convert analog tv signals to digital?
The 'kinda sorta' part has to do with MediaFlo from Qualcomm. They are using a hybrid of analog signals and the cell network to deliver content through your carrier. Naturally, this is a service that the carrier would be charging you for.
