is it possible to connect two pcs in wireless around 50metres?
i want to connect my pc with my neighbour's pc.we want to share our hard disk and internet connections in wireless.is it possible? if yes how much cost will i spend for it?
Buy a wireless router for around $50 US.
Secure it and then both connect to it.
Make sure you are both on the same work group.
You should be able to set it up in a less than an hour

Relax this is not top secret rocket plans. You can easily secure the PC to a level that only the folder that you want to share is shared is visible and the rest are invisible to the others on either the network or other users on the same PC.
And using a sniffer? This is a little to advanced for the average user. If either of the users in this case knew how to use a sniffer, they would not be asking how to set up a basic network.
They are simple home users. Their biggest issue will be the 50 meter distance between the PCs.
