How do I design this Flip Flop circuit?
Implement a 3-bit binary “count-down” counter with flip-flops. The counter is active on the positive edge of a clock, and it counts by producing the following sequence of triples on the outputs of the flip-flops: 111, 110, 101, 100, 011, 010, 001, 000, 111,110, …
Help! I dun understand how do derive the flip flop? I used a T - flip flop and my T0 = 1 , T1 = Q0 , T2 = Q0.Q1
but its wrong..
T0 is my input for first flip flop, T1 is the 2nd, T2 is the third.
3 outputs : Q0 Q1 Q2 -> 3 bits

how to derive the truth table for this problem?
Start with a 2-bit counter. You want to go 11 - 10 - 01 - 00 - 11 - 10 - 01 - 00 -- 11 and so on. Note that the units change every time, but the twos only change as the units change from 0 to 1.
Whatever you had to add on to a single T-type (aka a 1-bit counter!) to make a 2-bit counter, is what you have to add on to the 2-bit counter to make a 3-bit counter.
