What is the best way to run power to a garden pond isolated by a sidewalk?
I have a strip of garden in my yard running the length of my fence. I'd like to install a small pond, with fountain, there. Unfortunately it's divided from the main span of yard, including the deck where the electrical outlet is, by a sidewalk. Is there any easy and safe way for a do-it-yourselfer to get the electrical cord over to that section of the yard, past the sidewalk? Keeping in mind I want to use the plug-in source of power, and not dig, bury, hardwire, etc. Easy, but safe, is the goal!

try to find cord color to match landscaping & cord runner
to blend in w. sidewalk.
