Is it normal to feel a coil in your scrotum?
Im 16 and I've noticed not a lump but a coil sort of thing on both sides under my balls. They have always been there, don't hurt or anything, and sometimes they move to other parts of my scrotum. Is it normal to have these? I learned that the balls are basically made up of a lot of coils that produce sperm, is this just a normal part of my balls or abnormal? Check yourself so you know what im talking about. Thanks!
