Communication Analyzer

I Need to know what is the Civilian equivalent of my Army job. Satellite communications operator maintainer?

I work with mobile Satellite equipment. Install and maintain the network. I work with up and down converters modems fiber modems multiplexers demultiplexers, Promina(switch), HPA, LNA, trouble shoot the links. I work with spectrum analysers fireberds, digital fireberds. Run tests on faulty equipment etc. I am the one who makes sure that the Satellite network to the Step facilities is good to go. I make my reports to DISSA, and sometimes with civilian Satellite controllers

I am a Department of Defense civilian. I was in the Army for 8 years, as an 88M. Are you wanting to be a Government Civilian otherwise known as a GS worker this is where you can buy back your retirement and put it towards your GS job. Basically, if you have 11 years of service in the Army, you can buy that back and have 11 years as a GS worker.
